All of the dishes will be brought to the table:

Orange caramel basted salmon fillet dressed in a pistachio and green herb pesto

Lamb Paprikash: New England lamb shanks braised with smoky paprika, red peppers and tomato, and finished with

sour cream

Duck leg confit with a red berry sauce

Eye fillet steak cooked to your liking with a tomato jam jus and green herb salsa

Boneless pork loin with butternut purée, thyme and glazed eschalots

Vegetarian option

All served with:
Roasted baby potatoes
Dressed salad leaves

Roasted carrot, beetroot, eggplant and rocket leaf salad with orange and pomegranate

Sweet corn, snow pea and tomato salad

Dessert

Celebration cake with cream and berry coulis
